Fuel pump stuck?

A few weeks back we wanted to start the Morris and get it out of the garage. But it wouldn't start up and the battery was low. So it was recharged but still it was not starting up. When using "start pilot" spray it started up easily but wouldn't keep running. So clearly a gas issue. So likely the fuel pump had gone bad.

Today I had more time to have this checked. So removing the fuel lines and the connectors fist.

When taken out I had it further checked but nothing unusual could be seen. So when hooking up the connectors straight to the battery it immediately worked and spit out the remaining gas

When mounting everything back I started up the engine and it ran almost immediately. Not sure what happened. My brother did happen to be around later today as well and mentioned it was replaced about 7 years ago for a new one. Typical. Not sure if it got stuck somehow since it had not run for more than 6 months or so. Oh well.

Out of curiosity I just checked the fuel pump and hit this Dutch webshop instantly:

Reason for mentioning this one is simply because I know the owner of this shop. So it might come in handy some day.
